Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom via Express delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days from dispatch.

International Delivery We also ship worldwide via Express delivery. International delivery times may vary by destination, and orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Costs Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Tracking A tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email so you can follow your order's journey. If you do not receive a tracking number for international delivery then please drop us a message for it.

Delays While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or busy periods (e.g. Christmas). We appreciate your patience.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
