Refund & Returns Policy – Life and Style


We hope you love your purchase from Life and Style, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.


To start a return, please contact us at jcsoutletlkc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.


Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items, including:


- Earrings

- Personalised or custom-made products

- Any items marked as non-returnable


Return postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.


Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jcsoutletlkc@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll resolve this as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
