Order Processing

Orders are processed the same day if placed before our daily cut-off time. Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

UK Shipping

UK orders are dispatched via our Express service. Delivery is estimated within 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch.

US Shipping

Standard International	£15.00	5–7 business days

US orders are shipped via our Standard International service. Please allow 5–7 business days from dispatch for delivery. Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Customs & Import Duties (US Orders)

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by US customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fee. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Delays & Lost Parcels

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high demand periods, adverse weather, or carrier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2–3 business days before contacting us.

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. Lost parcel claims for UK orders can typically be raised after 10 working days from dispatch, and for international orders after 20 working days.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. LIFE AND STYLE cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
